yoga remains the same but names are different at some point.
in India we use words which is derived from Sanskrit and in western countries, they translate names in their languages for example in English .
in western countries they especially work on yoga flows where 2 or more poses perform together
like iyenger yoga.
in India we especially work on yoga poses separately which will help us to learn faster.
