"Learning yoga with Sailaja has been an amazing experience for me. I have had sciatic nerve pain and disc bulges with chronic lower back pain for more than 10 years now, And I've always been wanting to be more active and on my feet to keep up with my toddlers. Regular yogasanas in her guidance have helped me immensely to get back on my feet and I've never ever been more active than today! I can now run around, jump & play with my kids & enjoy their childhood. The guided meditation has been extremely blissful and relaxing!  There's always a good mix of yogasanas, pranayama & meditation everyday to make the classes more exciting every single day! Makes me look forward to her class every morning! Sailaja is warm & friendly and makes you feel really comfortable in the class. She does a commendable job by focusing on each individual in the class, attention to detail, and personalized asanas based on the individual's health condition.  "
